How this education site uses your information.

Browsing and sales measurement

This site uses a first-party browser session to remember access and an opaque visitor identifier to measure page views and enrollment stages. The sales-stage records contain the course, stage, timestamp, and checkout-session reference when applicable. They do not contain your card details, IP address, or clinical questions. The page-view records also include the page path, referring website, and browser user-agent information.

Facility training requests

When you request team pricing, VAC stores the name, work email, organization, learner count, training interest, and message you submit. These requests are available in VAC's private administration console so staff can respond. This form does not subscribe you to a marketing list or charge your organization. Please do not include patient information.

Payments and learning records

Stripe processes online payments. VAC stores purchase references, the checkout email, product, purchase amount and currency, and a return-access code. Learner accounts, progress, assessment results, and certificates are used to provide education and completion records. Full card details are not stored in the education site's purchase records.
