Curriculum development · Vascular Access & Consulting

VAC's curriculum covers vascular access selection, insertion principles, maintenance, complications, and documentation. Lessons pair learning objectives with illustrations, explanations, and knowledge assessments to help clinicians study the reasoning behind their practice.

Use a real lesson preview to evaluate the teaching, and contact VAC if you need help choosing training for your role or facility.

Certificate of completion

Issued after passing the required module assessment. It documents completion of that educational module.

Hands-on competency

Procedural competency requires separate supervised practice and validation under your facility's policies and professional scope. An online course alone does not provide that sign-off.

Nursing contact hours and professional certification

CE approval has not yet been obtained. VAC currently issues completion certificates and does not award accredited nursing contact hours. Completion certificates are not specialty board certifications. References to INS, CDC, or other guidance do not imply those organizations endorse or accredit VAC.
