How do I cancel? iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Martha → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Where are my past questions? Tap the clock icon in the top-left. Conversations are saved only on your device.
I have an access code. Settings → Have an access code? → enter it → Redeem.
Is Martha giving medical advice? No. Martha is an educational reference for clinicians. Always follow your facility's policy, the ordering provider, and your own judgment.
Martha is an AI educational assistant, not a licensed clinician. She generates answers using the question and conversation context, general model knowledge, and clinical guidance summaries supplied by VAC. She does not search the internet or consult every original publication for each answer.
References help you check an answer; they do not guarantee it is correct or current. Martha should distinguish source-supported recommendations from her educational interpretation, identify uncertainty, and provide relevant source names, dates and links. Verify important decisions against the original publication, current device and medication instructions, and your facility's policy. If sources or policies conflict, seek clarification from your clinical lead.

AVA Clinical Practice Guidelines for Adults (2026), JAVA 31(1s):1–158: authorized member access was used to review chapters 3.3–3.5 and selected recommendations in 4.3, 4.8, 5.1–5.3 and 5.5–5.7. Martha receives paraphrased summaries covering device selection, infusates, vessel preservation, insertion safety, assessment and catheter care. This is adult guidance (18+), not a comprehensive review or reproduction of every chapter. The second edition was in development at the review date.
